Reception hours: 8:30 am to 11:00 pm; Breakfast: 8:30 am to 10:30 am; Check-in: 2:00 pm / Check-out: 11:00 am;

The key must be delivered to the RECEPTION by 12:30 pm. Room cleaning will only be done until 2 pm; Towels and bed linen will be changed every 3 days; The following fees will apply for stained or damaged towels: Floor towel: R$60.00 Face towel: R$ $80.00Bath towel R$2226234619Pool and games room hours: from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm;Pool towels can be requested at reception and will be returned at check out;Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the pool area is bar exclusive. Drinks purchased at other stores can be consumed in the suite or on the suite's balcony; Control of the gate is the guest's responsibility, which must be delivered attached to the suite key at the time of check-out. In case of loss, the guest must pay a fee of R$2226234619 which will be used to replace another control. In case the guest wants to assume such responsibility, he will only have access to the internal parking in the period from 8:00h to 23:00h, not being able to enter or leave with a vehicle outside these hours. Below are our policies for including your pet in the reservation.

The amount of R$35.00 per day will be charged for the animal's stay;The owner must present the updated vaccination card at check-in or send it in advance by email/whatsapp;The cleaning of solid and liquid waste is entirely guest's responsibility;The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and furniture;The amount of the expense will be entered into the guest's account at the time of check out;In case of any incident with injuries to other people or animals, the owner The animal is entirely responsible for what happened and must provide full assistance to the victim, exempting the Pousada from any responsibility; The movement of animals through the common area of the Pousada is only allowed with the help of the guide; outside area, at a table reserved exclusively; We ask that dogs do not bark persistently and repeatedly, we ask for collaboration, common sense and respect for other guests; The use of towels and other materials from the Pousada is allowed for animal hygiene; Upon prior request, the Pousada provides pots of food, water, a mat and bags for solid waste; Only small animals of up to 15 kg per apartment will be accepted; Non-compliance will entitle to the collection of a fine. The value will be defined by the management of the Inn.
